Ebco is proud to deliver world-class repair and Refurbishment of hydro turbine components. Ebco’s in-house repair services include cleaning, welding, blasting, painting, non-destructive testing, and precision machining. Our repair department works closely with the engineering staff to develop and test component repairs that allow certain parts to remain in service rather than be replaced, which can be a tremendous cost and time savings to customers.
We provide specialized machinery, personnel, and experience to perform all the functions necessary for a successful shop refurbishment to bring the components back to OEM condition. With a multitude of successful OEM repairs and refurbishments, Ebco’s portfolio of successfully repaired components includes, but is not limited to the turbines of Siemens, Voith, Andritz, Gilkes, etc.
