Mark Kaustinen has over a decade of experience as a successful management consultant specializing in the construction industry, both independently and as part of the KOSH Holdings Inc. organization. Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Kaustinen spent six years in the commercial equipment finance industry with a focus on transport, construction and material handling customers and dealers throughout British Columbia. His tenures included DeLage Landen Financial Services of Canada and CIT Commercial and Industrial. Prior to this, Mark’s career had a strong start with major national and international brands such as Kraft Canada Inc. and Britco Structures. Mr. Kaustinen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and a Certificate in Building Technology from the BC Institute of Technology.

RICHARD EPPICH

Mr. Eppich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and Computer and Information Sciences from the University of California in Berkeley. Richard’s early career included the founding of the software company Enterra Systems Inc., a ‘Workforce Suite’ for the management of data: relating to cost, time, attendance, and scheduling. Mr. Eppich is currently the Vice-Chair and Director of the World Trade Center – Vancouver. He is also the Director of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

GRAHAM HINDSON
CPA, CA, CFA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hindson joined Ebco after a successful thirteen-year tenure with KPMG and advanced to Senior Manager of the Industrial Markets group within the firm and focusing on primarily public company and public interest entity audits in the energy, natural resources, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Graham is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with the CFA Institute and a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Mr. Hindson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, an Accounting and Finance Diploma from the UBC Sauder School of Business, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.

DAVID ORTON
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Orton brings three decades of manufacturing, operations, business growth, and public company expertise drawn from tenures at leading global organizations such as Bell, Rogers, and Clean Energy. Dave’s strong tech background includes launching the first mobile satellite service in North America. Mr. Orton holds a BA in Asian Area Studies from the University of British Columbia.

JILL TIPPING

Jill started her career as a Director in Deloitte’s telecoms, technology, and media group in the UK and, more recently was VP Operations and CFO with Schneider Electric Solar. Currently, Ms. Tipping is President and CEO of B.C. Tech, a non-profit dedicated to making B.C. the best place to grow and scale a tech company. Jill holds an MA in Economic History from St. Andrews University and an MSc in Management from Stanford and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Economic Commission, the Digital Technology Supercluster, the Emerging Economy Task Force, and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

ANDREW PYNE

Andrew Pyne leads the Wenco organization, whose technology leadership in Fleet Management Systems, and ownership by Hitachi, strongly positions the company to deliver innovative technologies in the areas of Open Autonomy Solutions, Predictive Maintenance, Machine guidance, and Safety Systems. Mr. Pyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma, in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, and an MBA in International Business from The University of Western Australia.

As General Manager of Advanced Cyclotron Systems Inc., Mr. Mital brings over forty years in Federal, Provincial, and Local Governments, as well as the private sector. Umendra’s roles include Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources for the Province of Manitoba as well as numerous Engineering Management Roles. Mr. Mital sits as a Director on multiple Canadian corporate boards, holds a Masters of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering, and is a registered Professional Engineer.
