Ebco Industries, Ltd. (Ebco) is a manufacturing facility that handles everything from heavy metal fabrication and machining to turnkey assembly and light machining. We manufacture parts and machinery for a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, hydro, nuclear, mining and aerospace. This variety makes every day working at Ebco exciting and eye opening, as there are always new projects with their own unique challenges. Our machinery has some of the largest capacities in Western Canada and this has positioned us to work on a wide number of notable projects including water turbines, tunnel boring machines and aerospace equipment. Located in Richmond, BC and in business for over 60 years we are excited to be expanding our workforce and moving into the future.

Ebco prides itself with its work within the energy industry. We manufacture a variety of power generation parts and equipment including turbines, radial gates, valves, tapered penstocks, accumulators, draft tubes, heat exchangers and more. We work with companies such as Fortis BC, BC Hydro and Voith Hydro to provide them with long lasting, top quality parts for their equipment.


As a member of the sales team you will find, develop and grow business relationships. The Project Sales Manager will take responsibility of a project from the point of customer creation all the way through to the delivery of the project. This position is a primary driver of sales activity, including but not limited to, customer support, quotation follow ups, order processing and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the on-time delivery as well as on budget manufacturing of several projects. You will closely collaborate with sales support staff as well as other internal departments and representatives in this cross-functional position.

Education & Experience: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent amount of work experience in a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant industrial experience and an established customer base.
  • 3 to 5 years in Project Management. A PMP (Project Management Certificate) is considered an asset for this position.


Specific Skills: 

  • A wide knowledge of various industrial applications. An integrative approach looking at the market beyond our core equipment to define new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, machining and engineering and ability to read technical drawings.
